Start by creating an account to expedite this and future orders.
Shop
View products in the online store, weekly ad or by using the search function. Choose a substitute for items that may not be available.
Buy it again
Shopped the store before? Transfer your previously purchased items to your online basket. We even suggest a few products.
Book a slot for pick-up or delivery
Once you have selected your items and clicked checkout, select a pick-up or delivery time that suits you.
Select either "Switch to Pick-up" or "Switch to Delivery", enter contact details (and address for delivery) and then select a slot.
Select the right store for delivery by parish:
- Hamilton: Pembroke, Devonshire, Paget
- Heron Bay: Warwick, Southampton, Sandy's (as far as Somerset Bridge)
- Shelly Bay: Smith's, Hamilton Parish, St George's
- Somerset: Sandy's
- Modern Mart: Paget, Warwick

Picking up and delivery
Pick-up: When you arrive at the store, follow the directional signs, park in one of the reserve spots for pick-up and call or text the listed number on the designated parking spot signs. One of our friendly associates will have your groceries out and loaded into your car within minutes.
Delivery: Delivery is offered in partnership with Five Star Home Delivery. You will be notified when you order is on its way and will be delivered to you with care.

The minimum order amount is $50.
Absolutely, 5% discount will apply to orders placed and collected on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
Choose a substitute if you’d like for items that may not be available. We’ll contact you about any substitutions or missing items.
Our associates pick and pack the freshest, best quality products for your order. We guarantee 100% fresh, quality products, if you are not satisfied we will exchange or refund your item(s).
Our service fee is 5% of the order total and $19.99 delivery fee.
We temporarily authorise your card for the higher of $5 or 10% of the item total. It helps account for charges like items sold by weight and substitutions. Once your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what is in your final order.
The difference between your final order total and estimated total at checkout will be reversed in 2-5 business days.
Credit and debit cards are the only payment methods accepted at this time.

Pick-up is available from the Hamilton, Heron Bay, Shelly Bay and Somerset MarketPlace stores and Modern Mart.
You can place an order at any time convenient for you, and collect your order on a day and time that is available that works best for you. Pick-up times are between 9:00am and 7:00pm from Monday to Saturday and 10:00am and 3:00pm on Sundays.
Yes! Delivery is available in partnership with Five Star Home Delivery. Simply 'Switch to Delivery' once you've selected checkout.
Delivery is available in the following areas:

In the event that your order cannot be delivered successfully and is returned to the store, you have the following options:
- Personally collect your order from the store.
- Arrange for a new delivery time, incurring an additional delivery fee ($19.99).
If you anticipate that you will be unavailable during the scheduled delivery time, we recommend that you contact the store as soon as possible to reschedule the delivery.

Yes, you can easily add to your order.
To do so, go to 'My Account'->'My Orders'. Click on the order reference number of the order you like to add to and then scroll down to 'Add to Order'.
If you add more than the 'Provisional Hold' amount you will be prompted to enter the difference of the amount owed.
